文件掃描器 隱私權政策
簡介
文件掃描器不需要註冊帳號，也沒有自己的伺服器：你掃描的文件只存在你的手機裡，不會被上傳。會把資料傳到裝置外的，只有提供掃描功能的 Google Play 服務，以及顯示廣告的 Google AdMob。
本政策適用於 karta 開發的 Android 應用程式「文件掃描器」（英文名稱 Doc Scanner，套件名稱 com.karta.tools.docscanner，以下稱「本 App」），自 2026 年 10 月 31 日起生效。
本 App 使用的資料與權限
下列資料都在你的裝置上處理，我們不會收到，也不會上傳到我們的任何伺服器。

相機由 Google Play 服務的掃描畫面使用，本 App 本身不要求相機權限，也不要求位置、聯絡人、麥克風或存取全部檔案等權限。連上網路只是為了下載掃描元件與載入廣告。
文件掃描（Google Play 服務）
掃描功能使用 Google 的 ML Kit 文件掃描器，由你手機上的 Google Play 服務提供。影像在裝置上處理，不會傳送給我們。Google Play 服務可能會下載掃描所需的元件，並依 Google 隱私權政策傳送使用情形與診斷資訊給 Google。
廣告（Google AdMob）
本 App 會在主畫面底部顯示 Google AdMob 提供的橫幅廣告。為了放送與評估廣告，AdMob 可能會蒐集並傳送以下資料給 Google：
- 廣告 ID（Android 廣告識別碼）
- IP 位址，以及由此推估的大略位置
- 裝置與系統資訊，例如裝置型號、作業系統版本、語言
- 廣告互動資料，例如廣告是否顯示、是否被點擊
- 當機與效能等診斷資訊
Google 可能使用這些資料提供個人化廣告。你可以在 Android 的「設定 > Google > 廣告」（各廠牌位置略有不同）刪除或重設廣告 ID，或選擇不接收個人化廣告。Google 如何使用這些資料，請參閱Google 如何使用合作夥伴網站或應用程式中的資訊及 Google 隱私權政策。
你掃描的文件內容與檔名都不會提供給 AdMob。
資料分享、保存與刪除
- 分享：我們不販售、不出租你的資料。除了上述 Google Play 服務與 Google AdMob，本 App 不會把任何資料傳給他人；只有你自己按「分享」或「儲存到裝置」時，PDF 才會交給你選擇的 App 或位置。
- 保存：掃描的 PDF 會保留在裝置上，直到你刪除。若你開啟了 Android 的系統備份，這些 PDF 可能隨你的裝置備份存到你自己的 Google 帳戶。
- 刪除：在清單上長按一份掃描，選「刪除」即可；解除安裝本 App 也會刪除所有掃描。你另存到其他位置的檔案不受影響。
- 安全性：掃描存放在 Android 給本 App 的私有儲存空間，其他 App 無法讀取。
- 兒童隱私：本 App 並非專為 13 歲以下兒童設計，我們也不會有意蒐集兒童的個人資料。
- 政策變更：本政策如有更新，會在此頁公布並更新生效日期。

Doc Scanner Privacy Policy
Doc Scanner needs no account and has no server of its own: the documents you scan stay on your phone and are never uploaded. The only data that leaves the device goes to Google Play services, which provides the scanner, and to Google AdMob, which shows ads.
This policy covers the Android app "Doc Scanner" (package com.karta.tools.docscanner) by karta, effective October 31, 2026.
Data and permissions the app uses
All of the following is processed on your device. We never receive it, and it is not uploaded to any server of ours.

The camera is used by the Google Play services scanner screen; the app itself does not ask for camera permission, nor for location, contacts, microphone or all-files access. It uses the network only to download the scanner component and to load ads.
Document scanning (Google Play services)
Scanning uses Google's ML Kit document scanner, provided by Google Play services on your phone. Images are processed on the device and are not sent to us. Google Play services may download the components the scanner needs and send usage and diagnostic information to Google under the Google Privacy Policy.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app shows a Google AdMob banner ad at the bottom of the main screen. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may collect and send to Google:
- Your advertising ID (Android Advertising ID)
- Your IP address and the approximate location derived from it
- Device and system information, such as device model, OS version and language
- Ad interactions, such as whether an ad was shown or tapped
- Diagnostics such as crashes and performance
Google may use this data to show personalized ads. You can delete or reset your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, under Settings > Google > Ads on Android (the exact path varies by device). The contents and names of your scans are never shared with AdMob.
Sharing, retention and deletion
- Sharing: We do not sell or rent your data. Apart from Google Play services and Google AdMob as described above, the app sends no data to anyone; a PDF goes to another app or location only when you tap Share or Save to device.
- Retention: Scanned PDFs stay on your device until you delete them. If Android system backup is on, they may be included in your device backup to your own Google account.
- Deletion: Long-press a scan in the list and choose Delete; uninstalling the app deletes all scans. Copies you saved elsewhere are not affected.
- Security: Scans are kept in app-private storage that other apps cannot read.
- Children: The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect children's personal information.
- Changes: Updates to this policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
